WEP Community Leadership Scholarship
The WEP Community Leadership Scholarship is designed to recognize and support individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and leadership. This scholarship is awarded to students who have actively engaged in volunteer work, demonstrated leadership within their communities, and shown a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Jimmy Tillman Memorial Athletic Scholarship
In loving memory of Jimmy Tillman, a dedicated and compassionate educator who touched the lives of countless students, the Jimmy Tillman Athletic Scholarship was established in 2023 to honor his legacy. Mr. Tillman was known for his unwavering commitment to education, his passion for nurturing young minds, and his ability to inspire a love of learning and athletics.
This scholarship seeks to support students who can exemplify skills they acquired through their participation and leadership roles in sports that will help them achieve their goals in college and beyond.
Susan Powers Excellence in Choral Music Scholarship
The Susan Powers Excellence in Choral Music Scholarship was created in honor of longtime Hunt High School Choral Director Susan Powers in an effort to support future educators who will continue providing music programs for students.
The scholarship will be awarded to a deserving Hunt High School senior who has participated in all four years of chorus at the school, is majoring or minoring in music in college, and plans to enter the music profession, whether through choral music, teaching, or performance.
