Robin P. Williams
Executive Director
Robin was named the WEP Executive Director in 2017. She is a former board member and President of WEP. She works with board members, business partners, community members and Wilson County Public Schools to create opportunities for students and teachers to learn about careers. She also partners with WCS to promote and foster an environment that encourages, recognizes and supports teachers.
Robin was the former WilMed Healthcare Foundation Manager and President/Owner of RPW Consulting.
She holds a BS in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Communications from Atlantic Christian College, now Barton College.
She is married to Kent Williams. They have two daughters Austin and Sydney, and a rescue dog Cooper.

Sherri Jernigan
Program Coordinator
Sherri brings a wealth of experience and a heart for education to the WEP team. With a Master of School Administration from East Carolina University and a bachelor’s degree in Child Development with K–6 certification from Meredith College, Sherri has dedicated her career to serving students, teachers, and the broader school community. She is a National Board Certified Teacher and has spent years with Wilson County Schools in various roles, including classroom teacher, Beginning Teacher Coordinator, and many other impactful positions. A longtime volunteer and passionate advocate for the Wilson Education Partnership, Sherri has shown unwavering commitment to its mission.

Rachel Koschatzky
Program Assistant Intern
Rachel is WEP’s intern and a sophomore at Barton College, where she is actively involved in campus life and leadership. Originally from Wake Forest, NC, Rachel began her internship with the Wilson Education Partnership in the fall and has quickly become a valuable member of the team. She also serves as the Vice President of Programming for the Delta Zeta—Theta Omega Chapter at Barton. Rachel brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a fresh perspective, and we’re excited to support her as she continues to grow in her academic and professional journey.
